This Cookie Policy explains how Gnostis ApS uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites. Our goal is to provide clear and transparent information so you can make informed decisions about your data.
1. Who We Are (Data Controller)

You can also read our Privacy Policy for more information about how we process personal data.
2. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. They allow us to ensure technical functionality, improve the user experience, measure website traffic, and – with your consent – deliver relevant advertising.
This includes similar technologies such as pixels, tracking scripts, tags or any technology that stores or accesses information on a device.
3. How We Use Cookies
We use cookies to:
- ensure the website works correctly
- remember your preferences
- analyse how our site is used
- improve performance and stability
- measure advertising effectiveness (with consent)
We only place non-essential cookies if you give us active consent.
4. Your Choices – Consent & Withdrawal
When you visit our website for the first time, a cookie consent interface will appear, allowing you to accept, reject, or customise your preferences.
Your consent must be freely given, informed and based on an affirmative action. It must be just as easy to reject as to accept.
You can modify or withdraw your consent at any time via the icon or link permanently available on the site.
Your consent is stored for 12 months.
5. Categories of Cookies
We use four categories. Necessary cookies are set without consent, because the site cannot deliver what you asked for without them. The other three wait for an active yes from you.
Necessary
Required for security, login, cart, remembering this choice and basic operation. They are set without consent, but they still have to be disclosed, and that is what the list below does.
WeCanTrack belongs here too. It records which recommendation link led to a purchase, so the site is paid for it. The site is funded that way, which is why we treat it as necessary. It is always active, also if you reject.
Functional
Remembers language, comments and similar conveniences that are not strictly necessary. Say no and the site still works.
Analytics
Helps us understand how the site is used, for example Google Analytics. It is not used for ads.
Marketing
Measures how ads perform. We use Google Ads. If you say yes, data for marketing and tracking is shared with Google.
There is no category for unclassified cookies. The list below is built by scanning the site, and every cookie is placed in one of the four categories. One we do not recognise is placed cautiously: if a foreign domain sets it, it counts as marketing and therefore waits for a yes.
6. Dynamic Cookie List
7. Third Parties We Share Data With
We only share data with third-party providers for the purposes you have agreed to. The one exception is WeCanTrack, which is always active because the site is funded that way (see section 5).
